Paul practices in many areas of Commercial law including Trade Practices, Contract and Property.

He also practices at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in proceedings in the Owners’ Corporation, Legal Practice, Domestic Building, Occupational Regulation and Anti- Discrimination Lists.

Further he has had a long history in employment law, advising on setting up businesses to meet the vagaries of employment and industrial legislation. He represents employers meeting their complex claims of underpayment of wages and other award breaches, and he has a strong history in unfair/unlawful dismissal.

Paul has a broad practice appearing in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Courts, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, VCAT and the Small Business Commission.

Mediation is a strong component of his practice, both as counsel and as mediator particularly in the areas of:
