Tony O’Donoghue has a general commercial and civil practice in both the State and Federal jurisdictions, specializing in bankruptcy and administrative law, particularly Commonwealth administrative law, including migration law. Tony O’Donoghue also has a speciality in election law, particularly industrial election law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Tony O’Donoghue was a solicitor with the Australian   Government Solicitor for 23 years, including 15 years as a principal solicitor, where he had extensive experience in a broad range of litigation and jurisdictions for many Commonwealth Departments and Instrumentalities, including 15 years management of the Melbourne/Voyager litigation.
