Mark accepts briefs in Commercial and Company and Contractual Law and civil cases. He is familiar with Conveyancing, Leasing, Finance Contracts.
Mark will accept briefs to advise and appear at all levels from the Magistrates Court to the Supreme Court. He appears regularly in the County and Supreme Courts.
Mark is familiar with the law relating to Taxation of Costs both as between Solicitor and client and on a party party basis.
Mark also has a practical working knowledge of computers, both hardware and software.
He can advise where required.
