Richard Waddell has practised at the Victorian Bar for 22 years. He has worked mainly in the areas of equity, trusts, and succession, but has also acted in property, partnership, and other kinds of commercial disputes. He is an experienced mediator. Richard has also conducted many CPD sessions around Australia relating to solicitors’ will making duties, developments in family provision law, and other aspects of the law of wills and estates. He has an interest in the interface between civil and ecclesiastical law, particularly relating to the administration of property and workplace relations.
