Royce specialises in intervention orders and is very experienced in all aspects of intervention orders, both family violence and personal safety. He has been involved in a very large number of contested intervention orders over the last few years and has had a lot of success in both defending and applying for orders.

A large part of those Intervention Orders are family law related and whilst he has reduced his family law practice, he still appears in conciliation conferences, dispute resolution matters & mediation. He also is briefed to draw family law applications and affidavits in family law matters. Royce also specialises in bail applications in the Magistrates’ Court. He has done over 100 bail applications during the period 2016 -2017 with a great deal of success in obtaining bail for his clients.

Royce also will accept direct access work – please contact Chris Chapman or Kate Dugan for information.

Royce also does paperwork in Probate & Letters of Administration.
