Tim accepts briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including disciplinary tribunal proceedings, regulatory matters and inquests.
He welcomes briefs from Melbourne and all parts of regional Victoria.
Before coming to the Bar, Tim practiced as a solicitor for ten years where he appeared in a range of summary and indictable matters in the County Court, Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court. In addition to his appearance work, Tim had conduct of a wide range of criminal matters in the County and Supreme Courts, including serious assaults, fatal driving offences and homicide.
He appears for both defence and prosecution in all criminal and quasi criminal proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court, and in bail applications, pleas and appeals in the County Court.
