Richard returns to the Victorian Bar with more than 22 years’ experience and an established practice in equity, trusts, wills & estates and succession law. He also has substantial experience in property, partnership and commercial disputes and is an experienced mediator.
Richard is widely recognised for his expertise in wills and estates and succession law, having advised and appeared in a broad range of matters throughout his career. He also has a particular interest in the interface between civil and ecclesiastical law, particularly in relation to the administration of property and workplace relations.
