We are pleased to welcome new member – James Moutsias – to our List!
James practices in all areas of commercial and public law with a focus on contractual disputes, property proceedings, industrial and employment disputes, and Australian Consumer Law matters. He also has experience in motor vehicle accident claims.
Prior to coming to the bar, James was a legal academic at Monash University, where he conducted extensive research in administrative law, discrimination law, personal injury and class actions.
