Daniel McGlone is a trial advocate working in criminal law, administrative law and human rights. He regularly appears in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts, in both metropolitan and regional Victoria. He holds a current Indictable Crime Certificate through the Victoria Bar and is a Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Trial Barrister.
Previously, Daniel has worked as in-house counsel, in management, general advocacy, policy and ministerial advice.
